Way 1: Check graphics card model in Computer Management

Step 1: Right click on Computer/My Computer/This PC and select Manage to open the Computer Management app.

Step 2: Expand the System Tools, click on Device Manager, and then expand Displayadapters on the right-side pane. There you can view the specific model of the graphics card.

Way 2: Check graphics card model and details through Screen resolution

Step 1: Right click on Windows desktop and select Screen resolution.

Step 2: Click Advanced settings link.

Step 3: Your graphics card properties dialog opens, then select the Adapter tab. Under the Adapter tab, you can view the specific type and other information of your graphics card.

Way 3: Check graphics card model and details in System Information

Step 1: Press Win + R to bring up the Run dialog, then type msinfo32 in the box and click OK.

Step 2: After the System Information window opens, expand the Components and then click on Display. Then on the right-side pane, it displays the details of your display adapter, including adapter type, adapter description, adapter RAM, etc.

Way 4: Check graphics card model and details with DirectX Diagnostic

Step 1: Press Win + R key combination to open Run dialog, then type dxdiag and click OK. This will open 'DirectX Diagnotic Tool' built in Windows.

Step 2: In the DirectX Diagnostic Tool window, select the Display tab. Then under the Device section, you can view the specific model name, manufacture and other information of your graphics card (display adapter).
